Has anyone heard any information regarding RHD, Right Hand Drive Microlino's being produced?
I have read that in countries that are RHD such as the UK because the Microlino is so small they will be able to be driven as LHD.

I spoke to Merlin Ouboter at the southern fully charged show a few weeks ago and he admitted that the plan for RHD has been cancelled due to the extra costs involved with the conversion. He said the UK launch target is early 2024 now as they do not have distributor contracts in place yet.
In the past I have driven a LHD original Smart for 13 years, it was no problem due to its size so assume the Microlino would be similar.

Its a shame that the Microlino was not designed from the ground up to be constructed in ether LHD or RHD, but I can imagine as you say from its small size driving on the wrong size of the car wouldn't be an issue.
